Smartwaiver was initially used by the Northern Michigan Region. After several seasons of success, it has been opened up to all of Central Division.

If you need a waiver for your event, please complete the Waiver Request Form, and your waiver will appear on the list below. Please allow 2 weeks for the waiver to appear.

If you complete a Generic Event Waiver please print a copy and take it with you to your event.
