The ORM program is a free, web-based educational resource available to National Ski Patrol (NSP) members. Designed for patrollers with some on-hill experience, this self-paced course covers essential topics such as legislation, industry standards, risk identification and mitigation, and operational insights from departments like ski schools, lift operations, and snowmaking.
