The Eastern Division Alumni Advisors have planned the first-ever Eastern Alumni and Patroller celebration. It
will be at Mount Snow Ski Resort, February 11-16, 2024. This is an opportunity to connect with friends old and
new, skiing, and special events for all attending. Please join us for excitement and fun as we celebrate our
shared passion for skiing and patrolling. You can come for the whole week, or as many days as you like.
About the Mount Snow Event
One of the very first ski resorts on the East Coast, Mount Snow continues to thrill visitors with varied terrain, a
powerful snowmaking fleet, and a thriving après scene. Mount Snow provides 1700” vertical, 83% snowmaking
coverage, 19 lifts, and 86 trails.
Lodging:
Lodging at a preferred rate has been arranged for all of us from February 11-16. To reserve rooms at the
group rate, you must call Group Reservations at: (855) 948-0698 and follow the prompts. Reference Group
Code: SSNSKI24 or the group name (Ski Patrol Alumni Ski Event). The reservation line is open Monday-Friday
from 9 am-7 pm EST and Saturday/Sunday from 10 am-7 pm EST. We have a 20% discount on all rooms at the
Grand Summit. The rates vary, so please make reservations as soon as you know you’re coming.
Lift Tickets:
The best lift ticket prices are available by purchasing Epic Day Passes now, prior to the event, while prices are
still at a substantial discount. Here’s the link: https://www.epicpass.com/Passes/Epic-Day-Pass. If you do not
already have (or plan to have) a full-season Epic Pass, the Epic Day Passes are definitely the best value option.
Make sure you check for the senior rate, if you qualify.
Activities:
We are planning activities from Monday evening to Thursday evening, including group dinners on Tuesday and
Wednesday. Other activities will be added including yoga, XC skiing, snowmobiling, and others. We will send
the schedules out periodically from early December until the event to all participants.
