Registration is limited to 30 ladies.  A first come first serve wait list will be created for interested parties beyond 30.  Your seat is reserved once you have signed the waiver and submitted payment.  Once you are registered, you will receive an email with additional information event information.

What to expect:

In alignment with the program of the women’s program… To build participants’ confidence to accept the challenges of leadership roles and improve their personal skill set… 

A two part workshop taking place Friday and Saturday evenings along with two days of fun on the slopes whether you are in or out of the toboggan handles.

Friday, 1/27/2023 – 6:30pm – Opening session and group selection for Saturday at Cascade Mountain

Note: Group assignments are made Friday night.  If you are not in attendance, you will be placed in a group based on your completed survey.

Saturday, 1/28/2023 

• Morning ski/ride/toboggan sessions
• Lunch at ski area (cafeteria available or brown bag)
• Afternoon ski/ride/toboggan sessions
• Break
• Dinner and Evening program/workshop (cash bar)
• Sign up for Sunday groups

 Sunday, 1/29/2023

• Morning ski/ride/toboggan sessions
• Wrap it up by 1pm
• Safe travels home

A two-part mental fitness workshop is a part of this year’s event.  Skiing/riding requires both physical skills and a healthy, growth mindset.  Kris Liebau, certified Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence, will lead participants in a two-part workshop helping them identify patterns and mindsets that impede growth on and off the slopes.  The first portion takes place Friday evening to kick off the weekend as we work to strengthen our mental muscles along with our skiing and riding skills.  The second portion of the workshop takes place at the dinner on Saturday.  

Lodging: Lodging is the responsibility of the participant.

Meals: We encourage you to support the ski area by eating lunch at the area. Friday night check-in information will be sent with registration confirmation.  There is no meal provided Friday night. Saturday night dinner is included in your registration.

Uniforms: Your ski patrol jacket/vest is your list ticket!
