Southern Region Senior Alpine On-Hill Evaluation (Skiing/Riding and Toboggan)

NSP members may enroll in the senior program at any time after advancing beyond candidate status and obtaining their NSP patrol representative’s recommendation. Senior Candidates are in charge of their training and progress through the Senior Program. Therefore, you should read through the Senior Program Manual in its entirety, and specifically the Alpine pathways. These documents can be found on the Central Division Website at nspcentral.org.  To participate in the Southern Region Senior Alpine on-hill evaluation on Saturday, February 10, 2024, candidates must:

1. submit their online senior application by midnight December 31, 2023, 
2. attend the Southern Region Ski/Ride Enhancement Seminar (SES) and/or the Toboggan Enhancement Seminar (TES) at Chestnut Mountain, January 27-28, 2024, or another region SES/TES at a senior-level hill,
3. submit a signed, completed NSP Central Division Senior Alpine Skills Sign-off form for each area you will test in: Alpine/Telemark Skiing/Riding Skills Sign-off and/or Alpine Toboggan Skills Sign-off, on or before midnight Sunday, February 3, 2024, to Jodie Bramel, Senior Proficiency Advisor at brameljodie@gmail.com.
